From before the sale to installation, it was great working with the Friedman’s team. The spot where my washer was being installed required moving the dryer I was keeping, but Nick and Sam did not act annoyed by that at all and took great care making sure it got reconnected properly. They were efficient and friendly throughout the whole process. Thank you to the whole team!

My experience with Friedman's was excellent in every way. Josh in sales was very easy to work with. Delivery was as promised. Matthew and Alec were professional, friendly, and very careful not to damage the stove or my home. They explained the basic operations and special features, confirmed the unit was working correctly and that I was 100% happy before they left. Their manager Larry even popped by to confirm all was done as promised. I was delighted and will I never choose a big box store again!
