We had a wonderful experience with Friedman’s Appliances Knoxville. We stopped in to see about getting a new dishwasher. All of the representatives were busy, so Gena was kind enough to help us. We ended up picking out a dishwasher and cooktop. Gena handed us over to Josh (who was available by then). Josh had actually helped us buy a Speed Queen washer and dryer set, which we love. We were then able to secure delivery in 2 days. The installing crew, John and Gerald, were great. The removal and installation were quick. We will definitely go back to Friedman’s. Thank you

Friedman’s is fantastic! We could not ask for better customer service and installation. We love our appliances and they have been so helpful with everything in our building process. I highly recommend them for replacement or new kitchens.

My experience with Friedman's was excellent in every way. Josh in sales was very easy to work with. Delivery was as promised. Matthew and Alec were professional, friendly, and very careful not to damage the stove or my home. They explained the basic operations and special features, confirmed the unit was working correctly and that I was 100% happy before they left. Their manager Larry even popped by to confirm all was done as promised. I was delighted and will I never choose a big box store again!
