I don’t leave reviews very often, but this place absolutely deserves one!
I spent two days here trying to decide on a refrigerator, and every single interaction was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I never felt pressured, rushed, or like someone was trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
The gentleman who helped me the first day absolutely blew me away. His knowledge of refrigerators was unreal! He could tell me just about everything there was to know about every model we looked at, and you could genuinely tell he was passionate about what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is rare these days. I came in with a budget, and he respected it from beginning to end. He never once tried to upsell me or push me toward something more expensive. As a woman shopping by myself, I also never felt taken advantage of, and that meant a lot to me.
I came back the next day and worked with a different gentleman. Somehow, the experience was just as great! He took the time to crunch numbers, explain different options, and help me get the best value possible. Again, there was no pressure. Just honest and helpful customer service.
When I got home after the first visit, I told my husband, “I don’t even care what refrigerator we end up buying, I want to buy it from them.” That’s how impressed I was with the people.
I truly believe God puts the right people in our path sometimes, and this was one of those moments. Finding a business that’s knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely interested in helping their customers is becoming harder and harder to find.
I cannot recommend this store enough. If you’re shopping for appliances, do yourself a favor and start here. They’ve earned a customer for life!
