My experience was very disappointing. When I first bought an 18,000 BTU window A/C from them, I was told that I had 30 days to return it if anything was wrong with it. After installing it, I found that it wasn’t blowing cold air. I brought it back expecting to return it, but I was then told they couldn’t refund it and could only exchange it. Since I needed a working A/C, I agreed to the exchange. Before leaving with the replacement unit, I specifically asked what would happen if the second one also turned out to be defective. I was told that if that happened, they would drive to my house with either another replacement unit or a refund and take the defective unit back. I installed the second A/C, and while it cooled, it was extremely loud whenever the compressor was running. I called them and explained the problem, expecting them to honor what they had promised. Instead, I was told they couldn’t refund it and couldn’t help me at all. The most frustrating part wasn’t just receiving two defective units—it was being told one thing in person before I left the store and then being told something completely different when I called for help. I expected them to stand behind what they promised, but that didn’t happen.
