I wouldn’t give any starts the service is horrible she lady had an attitude when trying to explain and then Mr. Lara refused to talk to me about the strive I brought from him and dismissed me and walked off they have very bad communication and customer service skill when i trying to get and understanding for him. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO HERE I MEAN ANYONE THEY ARE RUDE AFTER THE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NICE WHEN THEY TAKING YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAM NO SERVICE AT ALL First of all I never said I wanted a new strove I I was asking can it be apply to a new strove if the repair can’t be fixed y’all sold us a lemon and now you acting like you didn’t do nothing wrong I was asking question and you ma’am didn’t answer correctly I would have purchased another one but now no

Mr. Lara assisted me from the moment I walked in, answered all my concerns, agreed on a slightly better price we were both content with (cash!!), and cleaned up the fridge.
