Purchased a refrigerator from this location! Delivery was late. No communication. Fridge started to leak. I called these people for TWO WEEKS in a row, every day, and NOBODY answers the phone! Their mailbox is FULL! And it does not matter which option you select, it still goes to voicemail. Update 2025-02-20 they have finally replied, came out and determined that the second fridge they replaced the original fridge with had no coolant, they replaced it with a third fridge that works great. I wish they had been more responsive at first but they did come and rectify the issue, and that's what matters in business! Update as of 2025-04-09. The 3rd refrigerator these people had installed has gone out on March 31st. Upon reaching out to them i was told that "i guess these are just old refrigerators and not meant to last". Absolute loss of $800 that i will never get back! Purchased another refrigerator elsewhere. Buyer beware! These people may seem nice when they sell you a cat in the bag and will NOT stand behind the issues. I have purchased lots of used appliances for flip homes i have done and i have Never had so many issues! They are not answering their phone at all once they realize there's an issue with their unit!
