I just want to say thank you to Joesph A for his patience with us on purchasing a washer and dryer today .. he was very knowledgeable about the w/d’s and he was even willing to search other stores to find us what we wanted and in the end he got the washer and dryer we wanted… so if anyone out there ever visits Appliance Outlet on North Fwy near Little York… ask to speak with Joseph A he’ll get you a great deal… thank you Joseph

Carlos Cruz was the absolute worst sells rep …. He’s what u call a fast talker until you bring things to his attention he get upset and scream at u for asking questions very unprofessional also a scammer as well charged my debit card then stated he didn’t but I was able to show him a hen he was like I’ll just subtracted out of the amount also the truck didn’t have gas. He also stated to me give the driver the $50 in cash so already that’s $100 that I just spent then I asked them was that the finance fee he stated no so I have to pay another $40 for the finance fee. I tried to resolve this with him the day I found out I got it on March 21, 2026, and when I found that was March 24, 2026, I tried to talk to him about the charges and what was all being built. He was not able to provide it so instead he got very upset started yelling and screaming. I didn’t call the finance company and stated that what happened and then I asked them both to return the items within three days of the merchandise being in my house I’m not gonna take on to something when someone is yelling at me and I’m spending my heart earned money on. I’ve been trying to resolve this since March 24, 2026 he stated to me in a text message the washer and dryer yours now if you wanna return it reach out to the finance company. They’re the owners of your account very unprofessional so be careful before making a purchase with this individual.

Please look at all reviews including yelp about this place and their main store in North Houston. If you buy from any of their locations you will be subject to dealing with main Houston store for service and management. Our experience with the salesmen Brandon was great! Once we got our appliances delivered we had trouble with new Maytag washer making weird sounds during any cycle. Paula in their service scheduling department does not call back for days, and we had to call twice to get in touch with her, she lacks so much phone etiquette and could not explain basic information about our service time, a whole business work day was lost for us. After the service call and a new belt was put on washer, the noises still persisted. We contacted the store and they put in a “service ticket” and someone (Paula) would call me to schedule service…. 8days later no phone call or voicemail…. I have now been forced by management to still deal with Paula, even though I asked not to. She was even worse than before to deal with and told us that she and her supervisor watched the video I sent of the washer and nothing is wrong with it! We can now pay $80 do have a tech come out to look at it.

New to this area and really needed a washer/dryer and couch Jose really hooked me up, went above and beyond for me found me great deals. An awesome couch and washer and dryer set that will fit my families needs. He didn’t pressure me like most sales reps would he just naturally flowed with me as a customer to meet my needs/wants. Helped me figure out financing so I was able to get everything I wanted at once and have it all delivered quickly to. Set up the installation for me so I wouldn’t have to deal with that in between work and being a single mom. Jose was the best & he did the damn thing!! Would highly recommend you work with Jose to get your needs met. I would use this location again for future needs.
