I had a fantastic experience with Alan's Appliance Repair. My technician, Victor, was friendly, incredibly thorough, and clearly skilled at what he does. He took time to properly diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and got everything working perfectly. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again for any future appliance needs.

We called Alan's Appliance Repair to repair our built-in refrigerator, as the freezer was leaking. We had previously called another company, which quoted a very expensive job and wanted to replace multiple parts. After doing online research, we wanted a second opinion, so we called Alan's, they were able to diagnose a much simpler solution, it was a much cheaper repair than the original estimate from the other company, and the problem was resolved. We have had bad experiences with multiple appliance repair companies, but Alan's was great, we recommend them

I work for a large estate in River Oaks. Victor was our service tech both times. He fixed a washer a few months ago and a Sub-Zero refrigerator today. Both times we were able to get service quickly. Victor was friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Called in on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in same day... but I do live very close. Victor, my technician, called to firm up time and communication was great. Customer service was excellent...and he diagnosed my issue expeditiously. Great experience.. Would highly recommend.
