**★☆☆☆☆ – One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I've Ever Had** I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers deserve to know about my experience with Worldwide Appliances LLC. I purchased a microwave and a dishwasher from this business. Unfortunately, neither appliance worked from the beginning. I expected the company to stand behind the products they sold, but that never happened. I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple text messages over an extended period, patiently trying to resolve the problem. Instead of honoring what I believed they had promised, I received excuses, delays, and ultimately no meaningful assistance. When I finally drove to the store in person, I was told that I needed to buy food and drinks for four employees before they would help me. Wanting to resolve the issue, I purchased Subway for everyone. Even after spending additional money to meet that request, my appliances still were not fixed, replaced, or refunded. After that, Wycliff stopped answering my phone calls and stopped responding to my text messages altogether. At that point, I felt completely abandoned as a customer. In my opinion, selling customers appliances that do not work and then refusing to provide an effective resolution is unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I was left with the impression that the business had no intention of standing behind the products it sold or honoring the commitments made to me. I paid for appliances that did not work, spent additional money trying to satisfy the conditions I was given to receive help, wasted countless hours making calls, sending texts, and traveling to the store, and still ended up with nothing resolved. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. If you decide to buy from Worldwide Appliances LLC, I strongly recommend that you carefully inspect everything, document every conversation, keep every receipt, and be prepared for the possibility that resolving problems may be extremely difficult. This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

They are wonderful! Answered all my questions and listened With patience!! So much patience! We needed to find a refrigerator today todayand they delivered The one I chose.Wycliff is super human being,he problem solved and didn't judge our mess! I will use them again and again. 4 stars is for the fact we were quoted $350. Plus $50 delivery but the boss called and added $20.00, so no issues with the appliance or Wycliff at all. We deffinately recommend WORLDWIDE APPLIANCE.

I had a truly horrific experience with these people. I would not advise doing business with them. I called Wycliff to deliver a washer and he said he would deliver it for $190. he delivered a washer that did not work properly. He continued to tell me that he would refund me but gave me the run around for days. I feel so scammed and I will not let this go. He delivered a washer that didn’t function properly and when I demanded the refund, he only refunded me $150. I will not let this go until he refund me the rest of my money. I plan to get a petition of people that have had similar experiences with this company. Let’s also check their licenses if possible starting with their sales tax permits, DBA’s I call it their assured names. I’ll also be reaching out to the case working at the BBB for the list of the documented cases that they have and getting in touch with them to see if they’re interested in signing this petition. I’m a single mom and I feel really scammed out of my $40.00. I’ve researched that The FTC has issued a Notice that it has determined that certain acts or practices involving the sale of merchandise which is damaged or defective or different from that ordered are unfair or deceptive, and violate the FTC Act.
