I wouldn’t use them to deliver an appliance. My door was damaged on initial delivery by the 2 men who removed it. No one else touched the door but those 2 men after arrived and until they left. I requested repair through warranty in the first week and that guy fixed the door knob from before. I’m sure the third-party delivery service is also family are close associates of the business owners. Of course I was irate!!! I have a brand new home!!! and someone wanted to insult my intelligence while “gathering evidence” in regards to the incident. It doesn’t matter if I did not mention everything in that phone call about the visit. Businesses should practice awareness and respect for a buyer’s dwelling by checking their workspace when they leave instead of diverting the buyers attention from an issue they created, then lying about it. I’m sure you’ll come back with a long paragraph or two again just like you did with your last unfavorable review. Like another reviewer said -it’s all good in the store, great saleswoman.

Took my dad to look at the washers, Dad was so happy on the selection that they have available, the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent, Erika helped us find the right washer and Sergio was kind and assured he would deliver and install the appliances and remove the old ones. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for appliances at great prices.

I could not have had a better experience buying these brand new LG washer and dryer set for half the price! Erica helped me with the financing process, she was very helpful and patient with me. It was super easy and I was approved in seconds. Delivery was the next morning as promised and they even hauled away my old washer and dryer that was no good at no extra charge! The technician that installed my new set was very friendly and thorough, and made sure everything was working before leaving. I will definitely be back come income tax time for a refrigerator. Highly recommend!

100% recommend. Absolutely in love with my fridge 😍. I purchased the bespoke refrigerator and a washer and dryer at a very affordable price. Erika was very informative and communicated with us every step of the way. Sergio went above and beyond making sure to be careful to not damage the appliances while installing nor scuff up any walls or floors (my laundry room is upstairs so you can imagine how much of pain that was).
