I bought a time-ticking house fire with their dryer. The technician said the person who fixed it did it in a very amateur way after it was fixed the right way. The cable was naked and touching metal which burned out. Imagine that with clothes and/or lint. I won't be coming back since I value the life of those in my household. Beware!

I bought a dryer here a week ago On the recommendation of my dad and it has been the best experience All the way around. Juanita was super helpful, she helped me find the perfect dryer for my budget right away. A day later, it stopped working and the technician came out immediately the next day, diagnosed the problem (which was with my apartment complex, not cleaning the vents properly) and once I got that taken care of the dryer was back to working perfectly! I was very impressed with the technician as well, he was right on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Juanita and Theo are more than amazing! Theo worked tirelessly to figure out what happened to my fridge and fixed it for us! He also fixed our dryer. Juanita was so helpful and pleasant to work with as well as Theo. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! excellent communication, work, and so kind! Love this company and definitely will call them again should a need arise!
