Bought a washer and dryer plus a warranty and it’s filled with mold. I can’t remove the drawer so I can’t even get in there to clean it. How these guys have nearly five stars is a joke. So not only did these people sell me a disgusting washer covered in some nasty type of scum they sent a repair man out to fix it… he indeed did not when I tried asking how to repair it myself he blatantly ignored me. Since that happened the dryer I also purchased broke to the point it was taking 4/5 round to dry my clothing. We got it refunded and they sent the very same rude man who could barely communicate with me to begin with to pick up their faulty machines… I was polite enough to prepare the machines partially left nothing but the water hoses connected as to not make a mess and was working with limited space… when he got here I explained that and said "if you need a bucket to not make a mess let me know" he did not request a bucket instead he spilled water all over my laundry room and left without telling me. Absolutely appalling business on their part… do not fall prey to their scam nor any lies that they may try putting in reply to this message they are not good people to do business with. Only positive thing I can say is they address issues in a timely manner… issues that shouldn’t be occurring when you’re doing business with someone. I’d expect these issues with a Facebook transaction but we didn’t risk that we came to an actual business with a more than satisfactory rating and turns out we woulda been better off never doing business with these people

We bought a washer and dryer set from Five Brothers Appliance for $800, and it did not go well... Their website had great ratings, and the appliances were explicitly advertised as cleaned and refurbished. But what arrived looked like it was pulled straight off the curb. The washer was filthy. There was mold in the crevices, muddy water pooled inside while it ran, and it absolutely reeked of mildew. We called to complain, and they sent a technician out. We showed him the photos and videos of the mold and muddy water, and he immediately agreed that the units were disgusting and unacceptable. We agreed on a replacement, and he promised us a new, actually clean washer and dryer. Later that same night, the office called and completely backtracked, telling us they wouldn't deliver the replacement for another week. I asked if they would reimburse us for our laundromat expenses since they pushed the date back. We had already been without clean clothes for two weeks, right in the middle of unpacking from our recent move. They flat-out refused and told us we'd just have to wait. To their credit, someone from the company eventually reached out and brought us a temporary washer while we waited. (Bonus: that one was actually clean.) Unfortunately, when the replacement FINALLY arrived, it looked like they brought back the exact same washer after giving it a light dusting and calling it "clean." It still had mold. It still smelled like mildew. Even worse, they had promised us a new washer, not the same one. At that point, I'd honestly lost hope in this company. We had them load both the washer and dryer back onto their truck and asked for a refund. Even then, we had to fight for the refund because they kept trying to convince us how "great" their washer and dryers were. They originally only offered us half our money back, and we had to negotiate just to get a full refund. In the end, we did receive a full refund. That said, I still wouldn't recommend this company. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, look elsewhere. Edit: they took more than 2 weeks to replace our washer and dryer, not 1 day as they claim. I purchased a washer and dryer for my son, and the entire process was incredibly easy—all through text messages. Wesam, the salesperson who assisted me, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He made the purchasing process simple and stress-free. He sent me a link to apply for financing options, and it took less than five minutes to complete. We quickly scheduled a delivery date and time that worked for me. Yesterday, my washer and dryer were delivered. The service technician installed everything and made sure both appliances were working properly before leaving. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received.
