FBS Appliance

I used FBS out of Austin, Texas. Showroom was great. The sales representative Jared was extremely helpful. The installation team David and Joey were over the top. We were last install on their truck and they insisted on coming and finishing the job. We waited there for them and they were extremely careful at how they took our refrigerator, washer, dryer , range, microwave and dishwasher up the stairs, which was an extremely difficult situation. They were very professional. Their attitude was amazing. They were cheerful, even though it was a very tough job. Couldn’t Have been more pleased with David and Joey. They finally got done at 10 PM hung with it to the end and we had our appliances up and running so I would highly recommend anybody going to FBS showroom and requesting David and Joey to do their installs

We had a great experience here while selecting appliances for our kitchen remodel. The showroom itself is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. Walking through the different kitchen displays was inspiring and helped us visualize what we wanted for our own space. Even the fresh flowers around the showroom were a lovely touch and made it feel welcoming. Jenna was especially wonderful to work with. From the start, she was warm and approachable, and she took time to understand both our design goals and our budget. She never made us feel rushed, and instead helped us narrow down options that felt high-end, functional, and perfect for our kitchen. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the process feel easy and enjoyable. We left feeling confident in our selections and excited about our remodel. Highly recommend this store!

It was truly a pleasure working with Romina Cardiello at FBS Appliances. Romina is by far one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, and service-oriented representatives I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with. From start to finish, she helped us coordinate the ordering, delivery, and installation of the appliances for our Cabinet Couture custom cabinetry studio, and the entire process was absolutely flawless. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made everything smooth and stress-free. A big thank you as well to Sarah for her wonderful support in making this experience incredible. Together, they made sure every detail was handled perfectly. I will confidently be directing all of my clients to Romina and the FBS team. You truly can’t find better service, expertise, or pricing anywhere else. Highly recommended!
