Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore - Lake Creek

I drove an hour to get to your store because your hours state you are open until 7:00 PM. I paid four tolls each way just to find the store closed early. I Guess some of us get to choose our hours of operation daily. This cost me time and money, and it's extremely frustrating. If your hours change, they should be updated so customers aren't making unnecessary trips.

Builders often donate new building materials including doors, windows, etc. to Habitat for Humanity. You can often find a brand new door or window for a bargain over the same door at a major retailer. Plus, your money helps support Habitat’s future work. Win-win! I also appreciate Habitat’s donation pick up. Really helpful when you are doing a remodel but your “old stuff”‘is still in working condition.

Absolutely love this place. Always something interesting to be found here. The prices are more than reasonable, especially in the current economy. ReStore has the equivalent of selection and pricing of a good Goodwill about 30 years ago but with a better reputation and quality of care towards the community. I love the Lake Creek Restore and try to pop by there at least once a week.
