Kirk is the man! He was incredibly patient, helpful, and took the time to really understand the situation. He ended up referring me to an honest maintenance technician by the name of Frankie, and I truly appreciate that. Frankie’s Appliance Repair came through! We actually had a good laugh because I was apparently closer to fixing it myself than I thought. I do believe having to pay the service charge was completely fair. Frankie came out the same day, and since I already had the part needed for the dryer, he didn’t charge me an install fee. He connected everything, put my dryer back together, and had it working within about 30 minutes. Was I a little disappointed in myself for getting frustrated? Absolutely 😂 But Frankie laughing with me (in a proud, encouraging way) actually made me feel a lot better about it. Thank you again, Kirk, for the referral.
