I hate dinging a local business but in all candor, I can't provide a higher rating since nobody from the store ever returned my call. I left a message on Thursday to inquire about a part for my Cub Cadet, leaving my phone number and explaining what i was looking for. I never received a return call. I ended up going to a big box store to purchase the part.

What a wonderful experience! Adam in the showroom was very accessible while we roamed the beautiful showroom. He didn’t hover and answered all our questions and was able to give us a good deal. The recliners were delivered promptly and professionally with care. Highly recommend!

We are new to TN. While moving our old laundry set gave up. So we went shopping. Our bank lady said that D.T.McCalls is where we needed to go. Went to see and found them professional and very friendly. They answered our questions. We were happy with the warranty and the price including delivery and they even took our old set away. First time using and it played a tune to say cycle was complete instead of a buzz. Happy surprise . Two months later we’re in the market for a loveseat/recliner. Again we went shopping. Ended up at McCalls. Excellent choice again. Thank you to wonderful people there. We highly recommend!

Adam helped me with the purchase of a refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and they have their own service department. No add on fees such as delivery, haul away, or the need to purchase additional supplies for install. Great customer service and they are local. Highly recommend.
