I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews, but Discount Appliance earned this one. Dylan was hands down one of the best people I've dealt with in retail. He treated me with respect, answered every question I had. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Dylan absolutely delivered. If you're looking for appliances, I'd recommend giving Discount Appliance a shot and asking for Dylan.

Our experience with Discount Appliance was EXCEPTIONAL!! We purchased a Brand new Samsung French door refrigerator with a small minor dent and saved over $1000. The owner (Dylan) was wonderful. He answered all of our questions, without pressuring or bugging us, Which is a big plus for us!!! We did the 120 day same as cash finance option. Check out was fast and smooth. another big plus was the great priced, excellent same day delivery and set up. Dylan, you knocked it out of the park in every area with us!! We own a small local business, so, supporting local business is very important to us.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed talking with this gentleman and we got a new washer and dryer for a reasonable price! Bonus....he delivers! He has lots of appliances and all types of mattresses for a reasonable price and he offers financing. Glad we stumbled onto his store.
