I've been using Signature Appliances for nearly 15 years, and they've consistently been my go-to company for kitchen appliance repairs. If I could give them more than 5 ⭐, I would! Blake is an outstanding technician—professional, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, answers questions without making you feel rushed, and does quality work. It's clear he takes pride in what he does. Aubrey and April, the amazing admin team behind the scenes - always courteous, responsive, and organized. If they happen to miss your call, they make a point of calling back, and they're always helpful and knowledgeable. Good communication is hard to find these days, and they make scheduling and follow-up easy. Another reason I've continued to use Signature Appliances is their fair pricing. With the cost of everything going up, it's refreshing to work with a company that charges reasonably and is transparent about the work being done. Lastly, credit to the owners and leadership for building a team like this. Great service doesn't happen by accident, and it's obvious they've hired and retained good people. After nearly 15 years, Signature Appliances continues to be my first call whenever I need appliance service. I highly recommend them.

Signature Appliance is excellent. Follow ups for confirmation on scheduling and arrival. The Technician.....Will, was absolutely amazing and professional.... and to mention a great dude. Would recommend Service from this company and Will every time. Can't say enough about Will. Simply a great experience and the issue resolved. It's exactly what a customer would want.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work by William fron signature appliance. He was very nice and respectful. Explained all he needed to do and did a great job. Cleaned up and took all the trash with him. He was unable to haul away the old oven because he had a small van with him, but he had spoken to the company, and someone from Signature would be picking it up. Thank you, William.
