Went and bought a $1200 refrigerator. When I got it home I realized it was broken. I had to wait 1 week for a replacement but I had to call to make sure they even got my replacement in. Then they delivered it - it was 2 guys. I was home alone with my girls. One of the guys kept letting his pants fall exposing his underwear in front of my girls and to make matters worse THEY ruined my flooring I recently replaced! There was no logic reason for my flooring to have to be torn 😭😭 I called the store and was told they had ppl in the store and there was no urgency to call me back. They ended up contacting me and telling me they were no going to replace my flooring that their team messed up. DONT RECOMMEND

I'd had enough of defrosting my freezer. It was time for an upgrade so I spent hours on Tues googling and calling local appliance stores, specifically looking for scratch and dent options to choose from. Express Appliances came up on my final search. The gentleman, Skye, was very helpful on the phone, and even more so when I arrived to see the freezer he'd described. This affordable Whirlpool fit my needs perfectly and the only visible damage was a small spot on the back. I was blessed to be led exactly where I needed to be!! They offer delivery, but were happy to help my friend load it onto his truck the next day. Customer service was exceptional from both men present. I'll return for a stove soon. So thankful for this pleasant experience at Chattanoogas black owned appliance store. I highly recommend.

My washer was down and I had misplaced a part when reassembling. WHAT TO DO. IT WAS SUNDAY!!! I called Express Appliances even though I knew it was a retail store. A polite gentleman answered. Together we worked out what was needed. He said he would check in the back and call me back. I figured SURE HE WILL. In less than 10 min., he called and said he had the part. I went to get it and met Skye, very personable and helpful. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sell new, used and scratch and dents at reasonable prices. I'll be going back if I can't get my washer going.

Their customer service is excellent—quick, professional, and genuine. The appliance I bought was in perfect condition and works flawlessly. It’s clear they take pride in offering quality products and top-notch service. I’ll definitely continue coming back and recommending this store to others!

The salesman was incredible. He listened to what I wanted and found me exactly what I needed. The prices are great and they have bundled sets of appliances! Any issues and they are very responsive and helpful. They even delivered out of state!! The delivery man was very respectful and informative. Definitely recommend!!
