Dave has good prices and some appliances are like new at less than 50% of the cost. Delivery, set up, haul away old appliance and a 90 day warranty are included. Have purchased twice through him, one stove and one dryer. Would recommend. My 30 year old dryer was working fine until my sister ran an ink pen through it. Thanks Kathy for the like new dryer!

We had the absolute best experience buying our washer and dryer thanks to Dave! From the moment we walked in, he was so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we needed, and made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. You can truly tell he cares about his customers and loves what he does. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine anymore. We absolutely loved working with him and will definitely be recommending this store and Dave to all of our friends and family. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

Similar to other reviews here. Dave comes off as a nice guy, but gets rude and condescending when you have a problem. If you pay for delivery and set up then your machine craps out the next day, it's on you to return it to him for warrantee repairs or pay him for a service call. His business model of used appliances at a fair price with a warrantee is a good one, he just doesn't practice it very well.

My husband and I are repeat customers, but this doesn’t seem to matter with Dave. The first dryer he sold us stopped working after a good amount of years so we wanted to try another one from him. Purchased one and it immediately had many problems. He tried blaming it on us saying we didn’t set it up correctly. When we let him know it was definitely not user error and that it wasn’t drying and would continue spinning even when the door was opened (a large hazard in our home with a toddler) he said we would have to bring it back in to be fixed. We said we would rather return it since it came with a warranty and he said he wouldn’t accept the return unless he tried to fix it first. We don’t have time to bring a dryer back and forth trying to get it fixed and he was only willing to let us trade it in for an extra $100. His warranty is fake and his customer service is awful. We really tried to work with him and he was rude and basically hung up on my husband saying he has other things to do. Do not recommend for the products he is willing to sell and for his customer service behavior.

Received my washer/dryer for 450 + 65 dollar delivery fee. Not a bad price. The first load after the tech set me up was pure chaos. The machine (or so I thought) was leaking everywhere. I called the guy (Dave I believe) and he came over just to tell me the drain was clogged. Cost me 65 bucks, but it was my dumb mistake so I can’t blame 99 appliances or Dave. Finally got the drain unclogged and the washer is working like a champ. I just wanted to thank 99 appliances for the cheap hookup. The next cheapest thing was Best Buy and that set after everything was like 899. So 99 appliances ended up saving my wife and I money.
