Appliance Hospital - Salem

The technician was very polite and did a good job. My complaint is with the price they were able to unclog the defrost drain tube in my refrigerator and resolve the leaking issue but we’re there less than an hour and it cost $313. I thought I was calling an appliance tech and not a lawyer. I run an electrical business and I would not have even been this expensive.

Dennis is an amazing technician! Today he brought the replacement heating element for our dryer and was able to repair it within the hour, as opposed to making one trip for the diagnostic work and another trip for the repair. It was still on warranty and he is handling that with the manufacturer. Also, he gives helpful advice on any appliance maintenance and how to make them work better and last longer.

Communication and scheduling with Appliance Hospital was excellent and they were on time!! Ozzie did a great job and our appliances, Decor stove/oven and SubZero refrig, took specialized help which he knew how to do expertly and though it was complicated it was done quickly! During the repair/maintenance he was organized, fixed the problem and kept the work area clean!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The lady who first called me was very professional and straight to the point. I was so impressed that I even told my wife about the call. I think her name was Danielle. Also, Our technician, Dr. Noah, was also extremely professional and had a great attitude throughout the visit. This guy is the real deal. We’re very happy we called Appliance Hospital to take care of our warranty issues and would absolutely recommend them to anyone of our friends.
