Horrible .Last few times I've been here. THE Service absolutely is non customer oriented.dropped off crisper drawers this time for them to find a match. Expressed I needed them for Klamath on Saturday was told ok. No call back nothing. Came back to pick them and was told oh yea we were going to do that tomorrow. Its a lot of work to find a match. Done buying from here. Will find another place thats more landlord friendly.

I have a older refrigerator that quit cooling. I called and spoke to Allen about what my options were with repair or replace. He helped me decide what to do and over the weekend they came to fix it both Sat. and Sunday. Father's day weekend. I am glad to say that I have a functioning refrigerator now and the repair man (Nick) and the owner (Allen) are to be commended for their patience and time to help me through this situation. I would recommend them over again for any appliance needs.

My experience with this company has been very positive, I had a couple problems with my dryer and spoke with Alan. He was very kind and very professional and sent a technician right away. I was in need of a washer ASAP after being taken advantage of by a Sears technician. I called Surgeon Family Appliance after I got home from work, and Shawn took the time to walk me through the available options to find a washer that fit my family’s needs. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me load the washer into my Mini Cooper! We purchased almost 3 years ago: a used fridge, dishwasher, and a new electric stove/oven with a scuff for a fantastic bundled price. They delivered quickly (we had no fridge at the time) and took our old appliances, which was a huge relief to not have to do ourselves. After 3 years all appliances work wonderfully and they still offered support when I finally got around to asking for a kick plate for the dishwasher and for advice on fridge water flow.
