Our refrigerator seemed to be losing temperature control so the search was on for repair options. When we saw C&R with 15 years in business and almost 500 reviews totaling 4.7 stars, that's who we called. The phone was answered promptly and very pleasantly. A technician was contacted while we were on the phone and, to our relief and surprise, was able to come same day. The problem was diagnosed quickly and a solution found that saved the fridge to live another day! Kyle was delightful and knowledgeable. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!

Kyle was very professional. We knew this repair was going to be expensive, but we are looking forward to having it repaired properly. . Update - Repair all done. The final price was a little bit lower than the estimate, which is always nice. This was a good Crew who worked quickly and effectively. We are very happy with the results.
