Glad I chose this company to buy a used dryer from. They were very kind and were very understanding and patient when I'd purchased an electric dyer online instead of a gas one. Both the female that I spoke with on the phone and the male delivery driver were friendly and excellent. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Laundry washing and dryer machine combo and the lady who answers the phone said "It works like new". After I purchase the Laundry machines, they both already have issues within 2 weeks of using. Washing machines makes loud ticking noise and takes like 15 mins to start spinning and laundry machine doesn't dry with NO heat. Been months now even after having them fix the machines a few times and still same issues to this day. Pretty much just gave up on the machines from now. Costs 100$ fee just for the guy to come out to check on the machine lmao. Don't buy from T-Town Appliance, they will say it works like new but just used up machines that will break down on you. Cost me about $1000 for nothing. Will never go here again. If I could rate a negative number I definitely would.

I was looking basically for some advice on my washer that wasn't working and to see what type of wash they had for sale. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The technician helped me walk through the things I needed to do to try to fix my washer and even look for spare part for me. Very friendly and since I didn't get my washer working I'm sure I'm gonna go back there Monday or Tuesday and get the model that they recommended.

Every step of the process of buying our washer and dryer set from T-Town appliance was above and beyond wonderful! The woman who helped me pick out the set was so kind and helpful. She was highly knowledgeable of all the appliances and gave me more information than I could have expected. The delivery guy, Chris, was extremely friendly and so helpful too! He was also very knowledgeable and gave me the info pertaining to my appliances. Chris came in and planned his rout through the house and was careful and clean when bringing everything in and setting up. He was obviously experienced. Chris even took the time to hook everything up and adjust the footing so the washer and dryer would be stable. My washer and dryer look great! And work perfectly! I really love the fact that they give you a 30 warranty that you can extend if you like. I’m so glad I was able to purchase locally and from some really great people. 100% recommend T-Town Appliance! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
