Having donated items to Habitat for decades, it's impossible for me to express what an awesome organization I believe this is !!!!! Watching original vintage crystal waterfall chandeliers & light fixtures, period specific door plates, high quality wooden doors, etc. that are difficult to even find & far surpass the quality of newer materials simply loaded in a dumpster & hauled off to waste more than once in my lifetime was unbearable. I don't have a problem paying top $ to Habitat for Humanity for anything I find there & THANK YOU so much to this organization that provides shelter & homes to humans on our planet

I am writing this to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at the ReStore in Tulsa. On April 21st, 2026, we returned to the store to address a mistake involving an appliance purchase. We had inadvertently purchased a dryer under the impression that it was a washer. As we are not appliance professionals, this was an honest consumer mistake. It is also worth noting that during the initial purchase and loading process, the employees who inspected our receipt did not clarify that the item was a dryer. When we explained the situation to the manager today, we were met with a rude rejection. The person in charge stated that because we picked the item, the sale was final, showing no regard for the fact that the inventory was misrepresented or that we have been loyal supporters of Habitat for Humanity for many years. I witnessed this interaction firsthand and was deeply troubled by the management's failure to recognize their role in identifying store inventory and their lack of professional courtesy. We feel that we have lost our money due to a simple misunderstanding that the store failed to help rectify and now has cost a loss of $400. That's not good. I hope they will look into this matter to ensure better customer service and accurate representation of products in the future.

I recently visited the **ReStore Tulsa** (part of Green Country Habitat for Humanity), and the experience was outstanding! Located right here in Tulsa at 1234 S Norwood Ave, everything was incredibly well-organized from the moment I walked through the door. The staff truly made the difference. Every person I spoke with was highly **knowledgeable** about the products, pricing, and how purchases directly support Habitat for Humanity's mission to build safe, affordable homes for hardworking families in the Tulsa area and beyond. They answered all my questions thoroughly and shared helpful tips without any pressure. What impressed me most was how **friendly** and approachable the team was. They greeted me warmly, took genuine interest in what I was looking for, and created a positive, uplifting atmosphere. Their enthusiasm for the cause was contagious, and it made the whole visit enjoyable and meaningful. ReStore Tulsa is doing fantastic work—turning donations into resources that change lives while offering great deals to the community. If you're in Tulsa and need home goods, supplies, or just want to support a worthy cause, head to the ReStore. It's organized, expert-staffed, and genuinely kind-hearted. Highly recommend—five stars!
