I don't leave a lot of reviews, but definitely wanted to for these guys! We own a few rental properties, and I've used J&J for a few things in the past couple of years. Last year we had them recondition a gas range that looks great and works perfectly. We had a French door refrigerator go out this week, and one of their service techs was out within a day. Unfortunately, the repair parts were very expensive and didn't make a lot of sense...so yesterday I called and let them know what I was looking for. They found exactly what I needed in the Glenpool location and made me a great deal on it plus gave us some credit from the service call! It was delivered and installed this morning by their great delivery partners! I didn't have to spend hours driving around town looking at different options... I just picked up the phone told them what I needed and they found it and had it delivered within 24 hours. Huge thanks to Jeff (Pine) and Jason (Glenpool)... It's great to know that customer service like this still exists! Will definitely use J&J for more needs.

J&J Appliances has been a nightmare to deal with. They came out twice for a warranty repair on my Frigidaire refrigerator, replaced a part, and claimed the issue was fixed. The error came back within an hour. I called four times in less than a day — no answer, no return call. I went to the Glenpool store, where they advertise service, only to be told they don’t actually handle service there. Then I was told I needed to start a new warranty claim because the warranty company closed the ticket. The warranty company confirmed that was false — the technician closed it, not them. The technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing, Googling the issue and ordering random parts hoping one would fix it. This company is disorganized, unresponsive, and unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I had a brand new 2023 Samsung washer with no prior issues until the water pump went out. I contacted JJ Appliances, and they ordered a new pump and completed the installation ($389 total for parts and labor). Literally 90 days later, the exact same pump went out. When I reached out, the service manager told me, "Well, it's not our fault that the pump went out," and informed me that I would still have to pay for labor a second time to get it fixed. Charging full labor twice for a part that failed immediately after installation feels less like an unpredictable part failure and more like a questionable business model. Buyer beware if you expect a company to stand behind the quality of their repair work. Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences?

Very helpful with finding the right washer and dryer for my brother in law and giving us helpful information in comparing top load and side loader and we got a maytag washer and dryer and telling us side loader washer or dryer are harder to fix but I nice to do loads in but top loaders are easier to fix but I guess harder to load and unload 😂 and was very nice and not pusheee in making you buy something you really don't want 😁. So this was a positive visit and purchase.
