My refrigerator was delivered on 26 August. Today, after running for more than 24 hours, it displayed a “Hi” temperature warning even though the doors were closed. I called the store at 4:25 p.m. and explained the problem. The representative asked who my salesperson was and I said Chase. I was then informed Chase was on a call and would call me back in five minutes. I offered to hold but was told their phone system does not allow customers to remain on hold. I reset the refrigerator to 36°F and fortunately it has cooled down and the warning has not returned. It is now after 7:45 p.m. and I am still waiting for that five-minute callback. I previously purchased a washer and dryer from this store and returned because of my past positive experience. Unfortunately, today’s customer service was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn’t end once the sale is complete. If you promise a customer a callback, the call should be returned. Delivery and Installation 5 ⭐️. The delivery crew did an excellent job delivering and installing the refrigerator. They were careful removing the old refrigerator and bringing in the new refrigerator. They even removed the door that needed to come off so they would have a clear path to get the old refrigerator out and the new one back in, going so far as putting a piece of thick plastic on the floor so nothing was scratched or damaged. They were professional, polite, and thorough throughout the entire delivery. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and didn’t leave any trash or mess behind. I was very pleased with the delivery and installation!

Went in to shop for 2 sets of w/ds, a large fridge, pantry refrigerator, dishwasher, 6 burner stove top, and double oven. Walked in and saw 4 employees standing around talking to each other. After 30 minutes in the store, not one single employee addressed us. Would not recommend. Metro appliances has better service.

Shoutout to Phil C. For taking care of my husband and me! We got a washer/dryer set and he was very knowledgeable with each appliances sold. He took great care of us and greeted us as soon as we walked in, unlike most places we went to before. We are a young couple and most businesses did not take us seriously as buyers, but Phil was the only one who did!!

Big shout out to my sales rep Mike who was extremely patient with my indecision and wonderfully knowledgeable! He worked with my budget and provided honest reviews without trying to up sale me. I also want to shout out the delivery guy David M! My home has awkward angles and as tired as I know he was he did not throw in the towel and tell it was impossible. He was so positive and kept saying "I can make this work" and he did ! I would give 5 stars but when I called in for a small refund on a labor fee that was not needed I was met with a very rude rep on the phone that caused me to have to go in where I was met with another rude associate . I guess I can't expect great service from everyone but I think the majority of the reps here you will find to be pleasant

My husband and I purchased a new dryer from Jordan Cook at Hahn. He's a good salesman. We purchased the installation and removal of our old dryer. We did this because my husband was going to have back surgery, and we knew he wouldn't be able to install it. The dryer came on our anniversary 6-19-25. Two days after my husband's surgery. The guys that brought it to installed it were very nice. However, somewhere in the process, the dryer was installed with a flimsy foil duct and silver heat tape. We think the install guys are doing what they are told or shown to do. However, they should be taught the correct way. After a day and a half of calls, Hahn's install manager told our Salesman to tell me they would come out on Tuesday 6-24-25 to make sure there were claps on the dryer . That's great, buy a new dryer and then have to still go to the laundromat because my new dryer could cause a fire 😞.
