I went there to get a box of gain powder laundry detergent and as soon as I get home the entire bottom of the box was open and got everywhere!!! I called up there and they said since it wasn’t damaged in store they can’t do anything about it, they said it was my fault that it happened! Never again will I visit there! I had it on top of the tire in my vehicle so it wouldn’t move and as soon as I moved it out of the car this happened! And no it was tight enough to release the bottom of the box. Thanks for nothing to the manager that’s there!

I personally like Ollies. I don't always buy something when I go there. However, I've gotten coffee mugs, speakers, phone chargers, and really good snacks. They had full size refrigerators last time I was there. I also found some pretty decent deals on clothes as well. I mean check it out and see for yourself!

Come on guys! If Christmas stuff is 75% off then all Christmas items should apply. I got a Christmas theme dog bed and had to pay full price even with the 75% Christmas signs everywhere. Yall are usually really good about that

The last 2 times we went to this location there was one checkstand open and the cashier just visiting with a guest. Took a long time to be acknowledged and helped. The last time we waited for 15 minutes at the front of the line, there were 4 other carts in line behind us. The cashier was signing up a new customer with tax exemption form. She called 4 times for backup. We could see an employee walking around nearby but she would not come help. We left our cart full in the checkout area and left!

I mostly like this place for their amazing deals on most things they sell. I've gotten plenty great things from there. My biggest issue is lack in quality. I've gotten things that expire within a month, but they taste stale as if the "issue" that has regular retailers not wanting to sell them was the products seal not being as good as it should. They also lack checking dates on product. They have cookies that were expired the day they stocked them and they're still on the shelf for sale now! How on earth does this place pass for food health and safety standards? The date I'm posting this is 10-17-25 You get what you buy, but still. If you can blatantly see the item is past its date or the seal is obviously broken, pull the product. Don't leave it just to get sales, some customers don't think to check the dates because the store's are supposed to be on top of that.
