BJ Appliances is a great, family owned, local store. I checked prices with Hahn Appliances before I purchased and they were the same price. Hahn advertises lowest price around. Not true. I'd rather purchase locally than from a big box store. WAY better after the sale service. Lowes customer support is awful. Check out BJ Appliances before you buy anywhere else. You'll be pleasantly surprised ! Owned by the same family for years. They wouldn't be here if they didn't take care of their customers.

Terrific people to deal with. I bought a large garage freezer from them. Pricing was comparable to Home Depot and I picked up the freezer same-day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We also bought a range from here. We had problems with it off the bat and they were fast and gracious to return and replace the unit. I like keeping more dollars local. I like when local people are worth the dollars. We will keep going back to B&J.

My mom bought this stove, and the orifices weren’t converted correctly from natural gas to propane. The burners burn unevenly and dangerously — flames shoot up and could easily explode or burn someone. When she called to have it serviced, the company actually said they don’t service their own products. That’s unbelievable for something that serious and potentially life-threatening. We had to shut the stove off and find someone else to inspect it. If you’re using propane, double-check your setup immediately — and be aware that you might be completely on your own if something goes wrong.
