Appliance Center Warehouse Distribution

From beginning to end awesome experience my sales professional was Ryan he listened to me i told him what I wanted and did not want in a washer and dryer he showed me never did he rush me or push me into something I did not want he is awesome I'm going back soon to get a recliner and the delivery and install men were awesome Brandon explained everything he did and told me he tested the washer it works great and turned dryer on works great both men were very nice and helpful i give them 10 stars.They made my experience great will not shop anywhere else. Been three weeks still waiting on dishwasher that I could have had in 3 days at big box store. No communication no calls returned until a few days ago. They said should be this week. This is a company that pride them selves on being best before that got big. Granted I only purchased a few items before this. My family praised them and prefer over box stores. I just don't see it maybe I'll change my review idk.

I had to pick up an item for a friend, who called ahead and gave them my name as an approved pickup person. I arrived at the warehouse to find that I had to call from my cell phone so they can open the gate for me to drive in. After arriving at the dock, they took my driver's license inside to make a copy. They closed and deadbolted the door behind them, and I noticed several security cameras around, but I was left alone in an apparently bad area. After 5 minutes, the employee came out, gave me my driver's license, and said it would be another 5 minutes. He again locked the door behind him. After a few more minutes, they brought the item, in a crumpled cardboard box, out and put it in my vehicle. I told him I wanted to open the box and check for damage, which there wasn't any. Then he "had to write my license plate number down," which he did, and I left. I understand there is a lot of theft going on these days, but I felt like a criminal just picking up a $300 appliance. I often pick things up at Lowe's and Home Depot, etc. and NEVER had my driver's license taken and copied, then license plate number taken down. I would hate to be an elderly person with no cell phone trying to pick something up there, trying to gain entry, only to be locked out to stand in an empty parking lot while employees had my driver's license behind closed doors for five minutes. I do not plan on ever picking anything up there again, either for myself or anyone else!
