Our tech, Craig, came out yesterday to work on our washing machine that wouldn't drain. He was running early so called ahead to see if he could stop by, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and professional service!! Joining Ace's protection program is the best decision we've made in a loooong time, and we're always impressed with Craig and the entire team. Thanks again Ace!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Ross! He did an awesome job across the board—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently and correctly. Mike was the tech who arrived to diagnose my dishwasher issues-he was very professional and informative. I appreciated how transparent he was explaining my options and understanding the Ace warranty offered too. I wasn’t here for the installation but was told the new dishwasher I needed was done efficiently by a tech who had 20 plus years under his belt and “you could tell he knew what he was doing.”

To start off, my arrival window was between 2 and 5. James gave me a call around 1:30 saying he was on his way. Amazing punctuality and when he arrived he was very nice and polite. He was able to find the problem very quick and within 30 minutes he had replaced the door switch and had my dryer working again. Amazing service and I will be calling Ace again the next time I need appliance repair done
