Ross did a great job repairing our oven! He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair, explaining what he was doing along the way. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, and our oven has been working perfectly ever since. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Mike was the tech who arrived to diagnose my dishwasher issues-he was very professional and informative. I appreciated how transparent he was explaining my options and understanding the Ace warranty offered too. I wasn’t here for the installation but was told the new dishwasher I needed was done efficiently by a tech who had 20 plus years under his belt and “you could tell he knew what he was doing.”

Our technician, Mike, was great! He has been to our house twice and both times he was very nice, personable and very knowledgable. I would reccomend him to everyone. He sold us the appliance plan, which I would also reccomend. It has saved us money and is well worth it.

Kraig came out quickly to fix my dishwasher. He was very nice, professional, cleaned up afterward. Never tried to overcharge. Really good guy. I would definitely call Ace again and request Kraig to be the service person.

To start off, my arrival window was between 2 and 5. James gave me a call around 1:30 saying he was on his way. Amazing punctuality and when he arrived he was very nice and polite. He was able to find the problem very quick and within 30 minutes he had replaced the door switch and had my dryer working again. Amazing service and I will be calling Ace again the next time I need appliance repair done
