If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in to rent a washer and dryer set. Spoke with Paul on 4/09. He t9ld me everything was scheduled and ready to go for delivery today 4/15. well, here I am with no washer and dryer and when I spoke to Paul the mamanger he said at first he jsut had to get the new sets in the system and my set would be delivered. Ic alled back and he tells me we dont have drivers and cant deliver until 4/17 as of now. and on top of it he asked if I would make the first payment on the set when they failed to deliver it. I spoke to the owner of the business, Scott, and he said what do you want me to make him deliver it?!. Trash and poor business. Left a disgusting taste in my mouth after that. And its said because Ive been a customer since 2020. Maybe if your gonna plan to deliver something you should.

We love getting our items from Premier, our deliveries have always been on time and the team has always been nice. If stuff arises they work with us. Employees always call and make sure everything is good and this is something we appreciate

The Premier Rental-Purchase movers damaged my property. They put holes in walls, damaged the floors, steps, handrails, and paint in multiple areas. I spoke to the manager Paul about repairing the damage and he said he was refusing to make it right and that it was his word versus mine. I recommended avoiding this business as they are unethical and do not care about your property.

They are some of the best people I have ever rented from. They are fast friendly and on time the delivery guys go out of the way to make sure your are more than happy. All around some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. My couch and tv.
