Kate was amazing! We bought a mattress after taking 2 months to decide. She was kind, patient, and very helpful the whole time. The timing ended up being perfect as they were doing some kind of raffle/prize drawing 15 minutes after we got there. We won and got $2,000 off which we're still in shock about because I didn't even know they did things like that. I love an employee owned business too! Great customer service, great deals, HUGE selection of literally everything they sell. Will definitely be buying from them in the future & keeping an eye out for more of those huge prize drawings!! 👀

Had a great experience at Big Sandy buying a recliner. Our salesperson, Richard was very friendly and helpful. Purchase process was quick. Went to several other stores and came back to Big Sandy. Price was great and love their price guarantee (will refund difference if it goes on sale soon).

Travis was awesome! We got incredible costumer service, he even move heavy furniture for me and my wife just so we can see what it looks like. He stay overtime and went above and beyond! Just for the service and our experience with the brand, we decide to fully renovate our furniture!

Alan, our salesperson, is honest, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. We have bought 4 appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer) from Alan at Big Sandy Superstore over the past couple of years. Every time Alan has been so helpful! We have used Big Sandy’s delivery service on some items, which is very handy. Smaller purchases, like today’s, come home with us immediately. We highly recommend going in today to see Alan!

Welcoming, friendly salespeople! Very happy with my speed queen washer, not many places sell them. The process to buy was easy, I got 5% off, 12m no interest payments. Will plan to return for future furniture and appliance needs, especially when my old dryer goes out to get the matching one!
