Customer Satisfaction….thats what the Mgr. Felix states from the moment you step into his store. We had a washer delivered to us and it just happened to be a dud (ALL appliances are operated/working before delivery to the store. 1 out of a 1000). Felix immediately offered another washer as a replacement, got it delivered shortly thereafter and even disposed of my old washer as part of the negotiations. I can’t say enough about Felix and his team of hard working, conscientious and friendly delivery associates. Customer extremely SATISFIED! H2C

So on the other comment that I left for a review for what we experienced in the store, they replied, saying we lied and we never stepped a foot inside of their business wow instead of apologizing for the experience a customer had what a professional business you guys are running well I do not recommend again. Nobody going to this place to experience a bad experience, such as flirting with the family members with cussing between the conversations, we feel very unease and uncomfortable. I came out to share our experience, but they called me a liar same on you, professional business calling a customer lying if the situation never happened why would I waste my time writing a review and is such as bad Store no recommendations at all if there was zero star I would, but unfortunately,

I had a really good experience with Buckeyes Appliances in Ohio. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the differences between the appliances, and make sure I understood what would work best for my home. I appreciated that there was no pressure — just honest guidance and good customer service. Everything from walking in the door to arranging delivery felt smooth and straightforward. It’s clear they care about making sure customers leave satisfied, and that made the whole experience much easier for me. My only suggestion: I’d love to see them open another location closer to me — but honestly, the drive was worth it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for reliable appliances and helpful service.

I would like to share my family’s experience with Buckeye appliances the manager Felix, and the employees. From start to finish, the service has been phenomenal. They were respectful and professional. They were careful while entering and exiting not to damage the walls while moving all of the appliances we purchased. Provided the warranty information along with financing options for the merchandise if applicable, just overall quality services. I would definitely recommend this company 10 out of 10.
