Simply put, Iman, in the bedding department was out standing! One unfortunately expects high pressure to get a sales from you that moment. With Iman, it was none of that. She took the time to show me all the options along with what it would cost out the door if I were to purchase a mattress from them. No high pressure, just a genuine feeling that she was actually trying to help me and not sell me something. She is the best mattress salesperson I have ever had! I went and visited a number of our mattress stores and stores that had mattresses to sell. I am so lucky I went to Big Sandy first as I could use them for comparison. It seemed like all the other stores charged for everything and I had one store try to charge me $3,000 more for the same mattress. Iman and Big Sandy were the best and one would be making a huge mistake going anywhere else. And then when the mattress was delivered, Will and Fernando couldn't have been any kinder and professional. They set up everything and were careful to ensure not to nick any of the walls or doors. Those two are the dream team for furniture delivery! Finally I had a chance to visit with the Store Manager, Greg, and I could tell he really care about providing the best service for his store. Also as retired vet of 22 years, I have some experience knowing when a team is well run and you can tell it here as I saw everyone working hard together to help you.

Front door damaged storm door damaged they handed it over to superior logistics for replace or repair to this day still waiting superior logistics first offered 50$ then 300$I explained to them that I want put back the way it was that means complete replacement .they called after I called statefarm about damage .they finally called and said they was replacing doors after I told them I wouldn't except replacement. Called them today no answer I am taking them to court know who your buying from .Honnest.review.

On 2/19/2026 I made my second major purchase from Big Sandy within 4 years and the process was seamless thanks in part to Taylor! I called the store regarding a washer and dryer set and from the beginning Taylor assisted me with patience and product knowledge, never once pressuring me which i loved. I decided to drive 60 miles to complete my purchase and Taylor was the consummate professional. This purchasing process was easy thanks to Taylor's assistance. I am sorry I do not remember the sales associates name who assisted me with my livingroom set but she along with the finance lady (ooh im sorry I forgot her name too) were amazing to work with. Thank you all for making this purchasing experience easy. The professionalism you all possess at Big Sandy's is unmatched. I will see you in May for my love seat!!
