I couldn't find the belt for my vacuum at any stores and I went to multiple. My dad reminded me about Toth and I called immediately. The owner answered and he was really funny, knowledgeable and inviting. I brought my vacuum in because he told me to. A man that said he was the maintenance guy helped me, then the owner came out and knew I was who he spoke to on the phone... Was funny in person as well. Both men were very nice! I got my vacuum fixed FREE OF CHARGE! No gimmicks, no trying to talk me into anything else... Just helpful. I took some cards to display at work because I absolutely recommend Toth!!! On the way out the maintenance guy was answering my questions about products... I wish I could remember his name. He was very professional and you could tell the two of them got along well. Great experience!!!
