I bought a French Door during the 25% off sale and I absolutely LOVE it. I got it for a very nice price and costumer service was great. She walked me through all the questions I had and helped me make my final pick. Overall if I did need to come back to get something else I most definitely would!!!

I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer set about a year ago from here, and I'm so beyond happy with my purchase! Went to just get a replacement dryer for a basic older set I had because mine died on me after 10 years but couldn't pass up the price for this set. For what I paid for the set including delivery was cheaper than had I purchased just one piece of this set from a large chain store. Still had the manufacturer warranty active and also this store offers one as well. I've had no issues with this set at all. Staff was very nice to work with, no pushing to buy something you don't want or need. Large selection of all types of household appliances and affordable. I'll be returning to upgrade my refrigerator soon. If you have any doubt in buying used, don't at least not from The Plug, they're trustworthy and and stand behind their products they sale 100%.
