They’re great. Super nice guys, easy purchase, good price. Bought a refrigerator at noon it was in my place, second floor, by 1:30. Go get that service at a big box :) 10/10 would recommend.

Randy was kind and had EXACTLY the Speed Queen dryer I was looking for. He helped us load it into our Volkswagen Beetle and even let us use a moving blanket to protect the window. Absolutely stellar customer service. The whole experience was quick and easy, I will come back here for my future needs.

Dave was very personable, knowledgeable and forthcoming with talking to us about a good used refrigerator. They deliver and take away the old one too. Not to mention they are coming from State rd in CLE to Fairview park for only $75! Great price for everything. I highly recommend them. Great experience 👍

Wonderful experience! We purchased a refrigerator at an amazing price! They delivered it on time and were so friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Hopefully I don't need to replace any other appliances, but if I do, I know where I'll be going!

Huge shout out to the Hinzman brothers. Got a great price with delivery and installation on a washer, dryer, gas stove, and frig for a rental property. 1-stop shopping with friendly, trustworthy customer service. Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to work around our schedule for delivery. Definitely recommend!!
