Great experience. Ordered online and staff were fast to contact me how I prefer to set up delivery. They warned me of possible delays due to the brand type but in the end were able to facilitate the day I needed for delivery. The delivery team was on time and professional and everything works as it should. Smooth experience overall, will do business again.

A fantastic experience all around. I had assumed I'd purchase from a big-box store, but after seeing the exact appliance I was shopping for at the same price, but Wagner included local delivery, set-up, and haul off, I checked out other reviews and decided to buy. The communication was via text message, but was very thorough, and the delivery was quick and the set up was very efficient and professional. We're thrilled!

My dryer was making an awful noise.. Wagner’s came out and diagnosed the problem. They ordered parts and had it running quiet the next week. Luckily it dried everything ok just very noisy 😊.. thanks for getting us back to normal. Tech guys were very nice and put everything back in its place and cleaned up. Their number is in my contacts now. Highly recommended. 😊👍

Amazing customer service. I was recommended by word of mouth to this place by my significant other. I will say they have amazing customer service and great selection of appliances as well with amazing deals too. They will deliver for free and also install for free too. Highly recommend this place if you need new appliances or are moving to the area like I am. I will definitely be coming back to this place when I need something.
