Extremely efficient, friendly, and respectful. It is my first time dealing with something as major as replacing my entire AC unit. The workers took their time to walk me through and clarify everything. Contact was constant and a writhing was done efficiently to make sure I got the best services as soon as possible. When issues arrived they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I recommend them to anyone who needs the service.

Advance Appliance has been servicing my HVAC unit for roughly the last 16 years. My first experience with the company was when tech Ken Cooper, who is now retired. Ken was able to diagnose, find a leak on my system, and make the repair that no other company was able to fix. I've been with these folks ever since. I contribute their expertise to the long and uninterrupted service I've had. Ben and Walter are fantastic techs with a dedication to perfection and fine attention to detail.

The technicians and office staff we encountered were professional and polite. I really appreciated the advocacy that the technician who diagnosed our issue provided to the home warranty company on our behalf. I believe they are highly competent in the HVAC field because all the other companies we've had just repaired what the home warranty company approved, which was the bare minimum. He had transparent conversations with us and continued to speak with the home warranty company until they agreed to replacing the unit rather than making repairs that would lead us back to the same issue that we'd had the past three summers. This showed me that they understand the field to the degree that they know how to explain to the home warranty company why replacement was better than a repair. I wish we could use them every time (but we can't request a specific company from the home warranty company 😕) because even with their knowing we can't commit to them, they cared enough about us as people, not just customers to get the best bang for our buck!
