We weren’t greeted when we walked in, or when we sat there. After 10 minutes we asked for help and were told someone will be with us in a second. 30 minutes later we’re still sitting there and workers walking by us with no hello or anything. Very disappointing considering we were going to buy a full kitchen and wash room. Off to Loews and Best Buy we go

Our washing machine was deemed too costly to repair by Juan Carlos at Sun City Appliance Repair. He helped with recommendations for replacements. We reviewed prices at the big box stores then stopped by Builder’s source and worked with Diego. He helped us decide on the best option for our needs and a little over 24 hours later we have a new washer up and running at a very competitive price. I can’t say anything but positive things about the sales, delivery and installation experience. Old fashioned service is still available in Las Cruces!

Price matching with Home Depot made this purchase fairly comparable although they do charge for delivery, so it did cost a little more. The four hour delivery window was not accurate so I had to sit around all morning awaiting delivery. Otherwise, delivery was good - they were careful and carried away all the packing materials.
