Baillio's Appliances, Electronics and Mattress Store

Salesperson Joanne at Baillos, on Menaul NE in Albuquerque, NM is the best!! My mother needed a refrigerator asap, paid for one only to find out it was backordered for 45 days!! Joanne saw the issue, took initiative and located a similar refrigerator that just came in on a truck, checked in to see if the new find would work out for mom. It was a great substitute and for less money! Joanne proactively requested a refund of the price difference, delivery was scheduled, installation was seamless and mom loves her new refrigerator. Joanne's attention to detail, follow through, and pleasant personality made for a great experience in an otherwise tense situation of having a faulty refrigerator in the hot July summertime!! I'd give 10 stars if that were possible!!

What a great experience! Sales rep was so helpful and knowledgeable about appliances. We needed a new washer/dryer AND refrigerator. He made our experience pleasant and the expenditure far less painful. Good Fourth of July sale too! The delivery and installation team were equally efficient, good at their jobs and ahead of schedule. Loved the whole experIence and will definitely begin with Baillio’s when we need our next appliance replaced.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer set from Baillio's Appliances, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service, communication, and timeliness were outstanding. A special thank you to Joanne and Ivan for their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free. We also want to recognize Alex, our delivery driver, who was courteous, punctual, and handled the delivery with great care. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and follows through on every promise. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for their help. We highly recommend Baillio's Appliances to anyone looking for quality appliances and exceptional customer service. Thank you to Joanne, Ivan, Alex, and the entire Baillio's team for a fantastic experience!

Baillio's has been a great choice for me and my family. I bought anew speed queen washer and dryer. A fridge, and a new mattress. Ivan Adame has been a great sales person to us, one of the best. Delivery guys always top notch. Today They sent 4 guys to install my fridge and mattress. They worked hard and got the job done. Thanks again guys.
