We own a property management company in Albuquerque and have been through our fair share of appliance repair services over the years. After dealing with increasing difficulties with our previous company, Dalton Appliance Repair, working with Mr. Ed was a breath of fresh air! He made the entire process so easy and straightforward. You can tell he’s been doing this a long time — his experience really shows in the quality of his work and professionalism. I literally told him in two sentences what was going on with my oven and he was able to diagnose it right over the phone. He was out the next day and had the part switched out in 30 minutes. We’re so thankful to have found a reliable local expert and will be using Mr. Ed for all of our appliance repair needs from now on. Highly recommend!

Called Mr Ed's Appliance Repair Friday, left message and he returned my call quickly. I explained the problem with my oven, he explained what it could possibly be and set up appointment for following Monday. He arrived early Monday, did not have to wait all day. Mr Ed was very friendly and efficient. His prices are very reasonable. Would definitely use Mr Ed's again and I highly recommend.

Ed called me back immediately the very next work day, after I left an online message. He talked me through the likely possible problems based my report of my refigerator's symptoms. His technician, Gene, was equally outstanding in his performance on site at my home. I cannot recommend Ed and his crew highly enough. Absolutely honest, totally trustworthy, expertly capable and reasonably priced.
