MSC Appliance Sales & Service LLC

Great place with lots of options. The lady that assisted us was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me compare the options available and took the time to understand my needs. We got such a good deal on the washer and dryer that I was able to get the French door refrigerator that I've always wanted! Our installer, Chris, was right on time and put in the extra effort to make sure walls and doors weren't damaged in any way. He made sure everything was working correctly and answered questions without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend!!

I heard about this used appliance store from a coworker and went in on a Thursday afternoon. Within 20 minutes I had secured a washer and dryer and they were able to deliver it just three days later. Chris and Amadeus were the delivery associates and they were both awesome. The water heater was not lit and Chris took care of that for me. They made sure that hot water was going to be running before they left. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

We purchased a washer/dryer and were very pleased with the service Ciara provided to us regarding the different units. She answered all our questions fully. Chris and Tom delivered the unit as scheduled and were very efficient and great to work with during the delivery. Thank you!! This is not the first time I have purchased an appliance from MSC and I appreciate their honesty and the reliability of the units they sell. Fair prices and excellent refurbishing. They don't cut corners. I expect these units will not disappoint.

Great staff! Great service! Everyone was very helpful in getting me the right washer and dryer for my needs. Purchase and delivery very fast bought at 4pm and delivered at 11am the next morning and Chris the guy that did my delivery was very professional and friendly while doing the installation and was happy to answer any questions I had about the washer and dryer I bought.
