We needed a refrigerator as quickly as possible to replace ours that had quit. Tony was fantastic helping us find one that was sized perfectly for the cubby in our kitchen and available immediately. They gave us a delivery and installation slot for the next day! Installation was smooth and very professional. An excellent experience in the midst of the upheaval a nonfunctional refrigerator caused. Thank you Tony for coming to our rescue.

Jon Came out to verify my cabinetry for my panel ready refrigerator. He was extremely detailed and outlined the modification necessary. I am soooo glad I went with builder source! It has been amazing from start to finish. The weather delayed something’s but they always managed to fit me in schedule no matter what. I almost went with another company but glad I didn’t. Catherine the sales representative was the first person we met when going into the show room she was very knowledgeable she worked up a quote with the specifications for each product worked well with sending me updated information when needed. The hood for the range we originally wanted was discontinued she found similar in style and again set up everything flawlessly. I can’t say enough good things about this company! We ordered new LG Washer and Dryer from Daniel. He was very knowledgeable. When the Washer/Dryers came in delivery and installation scheduled within a couple of days. Upon delivery as they pulled out the appliances they said they couldn't install because the valves were corroded. They left the appliances and we were able to get Horizon plumbing out that afternoon. Lavern worked her magic and they came back early the next day to install. Great team incredible service.
