I had a great experience with Matt from Aapsco. I left a voicemail and he called back same day, offering to text to diagnose the issue ahead of a visit. He was helpful enabling me to troubleshoot step by step and come up with a solution that repaired my washing machine. As a new homeowner it's hard to find good help but I know the first person I'm calling if I ever need appliances looked at. Highly recommend using Matt/Aapsco for your home appliance repair needs!

12/30 21- Our 2nd opportunity to need an appliance repair and we went back to Matt at AAPSCO. Anyone needing appliance repair would be hard pressed to find someone as reliable and knowledgeable. We called and left a message on his business answering machine in the morning and he was backed to us the same afternoon. He ordered the part, had it in a day and a half and came by to install it promptly the next day. We appreciate his knowledge, promptness and most of all his reliability. We wll call Matt for any appliance need, we are customers for life.

Matt from AAPSCO in Concord NH has excellent customer service! We had another company troubleshoot our dryer and we were told it was the control board. Refurbished it would be $450.00 to repair. I called Matt and he helped me over the phone and told me what to look for without even looking at the dryer! Matt was right on with his diagnosis and I found exactly what he said it was! I removed the part which was bad(not the control board.) Matt repaired the part by soldering in less than five minutes! I will definitely call Matt again for any appliance repair!
