Do not under any circumstances do business with these people. They jacked up the price on a stove my 62 year old mother wanted to buy from $425 too 647$ in fees from installation and removal. We looked around another store and found a better , newer and cheaper stove for half there price with installation and removal included. Total scam artist. They won’t be open in Rochester too long . N goodman street location sucks in my opinion ripping people off in their own community.

Went in looking for a kitchen set for a house I'm going to sell. These guys used to have a huge selection and good variety of prices with very clean units. Walked in and the NEW showroom was very small. Very small selection. Two guys working and they didn't even acknowledge my presence even though they were not busy with anyone else. Walked around and looked at a couple refrigerator units and the prices were on tape on the inside of doors and all the prices were over $800 and the units weren't even clean. They still had like food waste liquid in the bottom of drawers and stuff. I'm not paying you nearly $1,000 for stuff that looks like garbage. I can go to a big box store and buy brand new in that price range. They used to have everything from maybe $300 up. All I could find was above $800. Plenty of other used appliance dealers in the city to go to

I bought a dryer from them and when it stopped working I called them to come service it. They charged me almost 200 dollars to come out for less than 20 mins. The tech did not reconnect my dryer hose, allowing all of the exhaust back into the laundry room, and the dryer went back to not doing anything after less than 2 full uses. I called them up and they said they shouldn’t have sent anyone else out in the first place because I was “out of warranty” but to come in and buy a new one and they’d give me a “good deal” on another. They would not give me a refund on the service or even come back out to fix what they never did in the first place. Will not be back.

I bought a stove for them a few years back had no issues so I decided to go back and buy a washer and dryer and a stove when we received all the appliance everything worked fine. Two months later the washer stop spinning and won’t spin my clothes leave my clothes, soaking wet so I called to have them repair it. They couldn’t send some out for a week. Person never came here. It is a couple months later. I’m having the same issue with my washer, clothes won’t spin clothes are soaking wet. I have them take them to the laundry to finish my clothes and now they want to charge me $138 to come fix it when they should’ve came out and fix it the first time. I’m not giving that place no more money because I felt like I been used. Should’ve just brought a brand new washer for what I paid.
