My refrigerator unexpectedly broke down, and I was stressed trying to find the replacement part. We visited several other stores, and while everyone was friendly, no one had the part in stock. Ordering elsewhere would have left me without a refrigerator for 2–3 weeks. When I called Sun Valley Appliance Center, Nicole answered and immediately put me at ease. She was kind, empathetic, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to understand my situation and carefully verified that I had the correct part before placing the order. Thanks to her help, I had the part the very next day and now have a working refrigerator again. I can't adequately express how grateful I am for the excellent service I received. To top it off, the part was significantly less expensive than the prices I had been quoted elsewhere. Nicole and the team at Sun Valley Appliance Center have earned a loyal customer. We needed a new dryer our old One we did get from here many years ago like 10 yrs and it lasted forever until well it was fading was time to replace. Decided to go back and David was so friendly! We picked one out and had it delivered and was fast delivery! Well the one we picked out had an issue after using it called them told them the issue only waited one day they came out to check what the issue was and also brought a replacement incase! ended up just taking the one they brought just seemed easier and looks great! Runs great! Very happy with the service the whole crew was great! And the prices and the delivery time awesome! would recommend to check out this place first! They stand by there products

They carry everything from entry level appliances for your first home or a rental, to high end, think GE Monogram or Thermador. The service is excellent-the owner really knows the ins and outs of each unit and can confidently speak to each. And if you find what you need you can even have it delivered. The prices were great! (Local tip- bring cash) They even do appliance repair! If you're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection and prices, and you need something quickly, definitely don't miss this shop!
