Czyz's Appliance

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received from Czyz’s Appliance at the Reno location. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that customer service is simply not a priority to this business. During my interactions with the customer service team, I was repeatedly met with short and unfriendly responses. On one occasion, I was placed on hold without being told what was happening, and I was left wondering whether I had been disconnected because there was no communication. I’m sharing this because I feel the management should be aware of how customers are being treated. I’ve also heard another customer recently express that, because of a poor customer-service experience, they would never shop here again. Unfortunately, experiences like these can eventually catch up with a business. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide a much better experience. Regretfully, I won’t be returning to Czyz’s Appliance. DO NOT waste your money at this store. You’ll regret it just like I am.

Bought an over the range microwave and carried it out. After install, we noticed a defect on the inside of the door. We sent them pictures. They said would order a new door and install it free of charge upon arrival. This never happened. Bought a washer, dryer, and fridge. They delivered the fridge with a small dent in the freezer door. The washer quit working less than two years after purchase. We called for help and got none. They will resolve nothing after their failures. They should be 0 stars. Make your life great again and never shop here.

Amazing service, amazing products and amazing staff! Zach, Cory and Matt were extremely welcoming and treated us like family from the minutewe walked in the door. We needed new kitchen appliances and are so glad we found Czyz's Appliance. Everyone there, especially Matt Treptow was very helpful and guided us to purchasing our dream kitchen at an affordable price. The personal service and knowledgeable staff regarding products, far exceeds anything you would find at a big box store. Czyz's should be your first stop if you are looking for quality appliances at affordable prices. They stand behind everything they sell. Definitely a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen. We worked with Matthew at the Reno location, His product knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was second to none! We are so pleased with our purchases and the follow up provided by Matthew. In addition the delivery and installation team were so polite and respectful of our home. The installation was flawless! We would highly recommend Matthew and Czyz's for all your appliance needs. Great people and service.

I recently had an absolutely outstanding experience with Czyz's Appliance! From start to finish, their customer service, delivery, and flexibility were nothing short of stellar. Blair in customer service was incredibly responsive, patiently answering all our questions and quickly helping us find the perfect washer/dryer unit for our needs. The delivery was prompt and seamless, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
