I have had nothing but issues with Bell’s appliance. First we had a broken dryer and the guy they sent out gave us misinformation. When we went into the store to buy a new dryer the women in the store told us their repair guy didn’t tell us the correct information. Instead of honoring what the tech said the sales people refused to honor what he had said. We left the store and bought a dryer from Lowe’s. We have had three techs out to fix our dishwasher. THREE techs couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. We called them at the end of June and it still isn’t fixed. One broken dishwasher, three techs and it still isn’t fixed. We are now waiting again for them to send another tech out. Very disappointed with Bell’s appliance.

I have had two service calls in the past month. Both times I was able to get scheduled within a few days. Both technicians that came out were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have had a great experience with them so far. Their pricing is very reasonable. I have the service contract, which I feel like is a great add-on. It makes it easy to get things diagnosed and makes the repairs a little bit more affordable. Highly recommend them.

I bought a wash tower from here yesterday. After arrival I noticed there were manufacture defects causing it to leak and a dent from shipping . I reached out to them this morning and they had another one delivered by the end of day today. I’m happy with how quickly they rectified this situation . The sales rep latai was very helpful and friendly as well . Would recommend ! Edited to add this one that they dropped off is also leaking from the door the same way the other was and now I have to wait a week to be able to use my washer for a technician to come out and fix it. It’s an Electrolux 600 series wash tower . Super disappointed to spend 2k on a wash tower I can’t even use right now not even two weeks after purchase .
