Buyer beware! They market appliances at an affordable rate to the desperate, but that comes with a cost of its own! We needed a washer and they offered one that was within our budget and all seemed great at first! Then it cleaned maybe TWO OR THREE LOADS before it fizzled out. We called them and they offered to replace it but my fiance has kidney failure and I have bad ankles so it took us a while to feel well enough to move it. We thought we had time because the lady who sold us the washer we had a year to exchange it. Which was why we waited to return it. But then they wrote on the receipt that it was only 30 days. My fiance and I both distinctly remember the lady said to our faces that we had a year. We even had a friend who bought an appliance there and they told her she had a year to exchange it too. Its a thing that they do! They'll sell you a shoddy product then tell you that you have all this time to exchange it then deliberately write something different so you're stuck with the lemon. Then when they offer to send someone out to fix it they charge a HUNDRED FRICKEN DOLLARS just to look at it! That doesn't even include the repair! Shame on you, J H appliance!

I purchased a new laundry set from JH and have had issues with washer. To be clear this is a manufacturing issue and no fault of JH Appliances. JH was very accommodating and have given us a used machine to use until our warranty repairs are made on our new unit. If your looking for a new or used laundry pair, I wouldn't hesitate to check out JH Appliances. Ask for Makenzie, she'll take good care of you.

This company is the BEST! I've done business with them several times over the last 10 years. They treat you fairly, have good prices, deliver, install and have a 30 day return/fix policy. I just paid over the phone, for my elderly mother a washing machine to be delivered and installed tomorrow. I recommend this appliance store to everyone, especially those of us who aren't able to afford brand new appliances.

UPDATE not only was the motor held on by jb weld, but after replacing the motor we noticed the dryer drum has been welded together when it shouldn't be also. Love this for me. Thisnis what thw drum attaches to...shouldn't be welded. Have had 3 washing machines crap out from this place over the last 3 years. One I purchased 2 my ex husband purchased. He bought a washer that was promised to work. Gets it home, doesn't work. Has to get it back up there so they will give him another bc its literally the same day. No worries things happen, gets another. About 2 weeks after the 30 day guarantee they give the second craps out. I find a set on market place and get them and give him mine. My marketplace purchase is a flop and im left with no washer or dryer, an ex i had to teach how to do laundry....i decided he could have been the problem and i only had$1000. Well, for 900 I got delivery of a stackable that worked for about a week after the 30 days was up and called them. They gave me a number to a guy I could pay to fix it. He didn't even want to. He told me where to get the part and said I could do it myself. It was the control panel. That wasnt cheap. Another $200 towards this already overly priced unit. Then it started continuously pouring water and flooding, then finally when the dryer wouldn't work.. again we go to get the worn out motor off as its the only thing that we haven't replaced at this point and its held on by JB WELD!!! Also, the delivery guys dented and warped and scratched it to shit when they brought it. The machine i agreed to and what I was left with dont even look the same after they did whatever they did. Don't go to this place. They will take advantage of the fact that you need something expensive quickly. Please just save a little but longer and buy new. Had I just saved like 400 more dollars I could have had a brand new unit. Now im paying more than that to fix this load of crap. I wouldn't even be as mad if I had told them I had just got gotten by fb market place.
